I was seen by Cherice and it was my first time of visiting this Salon and was pleasantly surprised 🙂 she explained everything from start to finish so we’ll and I felt very cared for II will be definitely be going back and would highly recommend this to anyone 🙂

I absolutely love Dumb Brunette and would not go anywhere else. I love the ethos, style, ethical products and service. Chrissi has always done my hair and gives amazing advice, she takes time to explain everything. I have been transitioning to grey which is a massive step. Her professionalism and skill is making this a great journey for me . I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Lovely cut & finish and balayage by Crissi. She explained my colour options at my consultation appointment and really listened to my thoughts. I'm delighted with the end result!

As I live in Essex I haven’t actually been to the shop/salon but I did make a purchase online - GHD straighteners. The service was so good I felt it deserved a review! The website was easy to navigate, lovely clear photos of the products and clear pricing. I placed my order without any issue (checkout was so easy and straightforward) and I received a confirmation email almost immediately. After placing my order I was uncertain on dispatch and delivery timing so sent the salon an email and the lovely Millie replied very quickly. Not only did she answer my question but also provided me with the tracking number. My order was placed late Friday night & arrived Tuesday morning very well packaged - I even received a few sample items (sachet shampoo conditioner etc)! It was my daughters birthday yesterday (26) and she was blown away with her gift - apparently these particular straighteners in this particular colour were/are a limited addition and almost impossible to get hold of in Essex! Thank you so much for such great customer service - so refreshing these days when everything seems to be so complicated & unnecessarily stressful. If I’m ever in the area I won’t hesitate to pop in and get my hair done! Thank you again A* award from me

I love the ethos behind a more sustainable and environmentally friendly salon! The staff and very friendly and I loved my hair cut! You can book on line as well as phoning the salon so it's very user friendly. Would Definitely recommend!

Absolutely love having my hair done here! Millie has done my hair for decades and I constantly change my hair and Millie is always up for helping me and giving me exactly what I want. It’s good value and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a colour correction done by Cherice today. I am so happy with the results - it has come out just as I wanted, not only that, she made sure I left with it that way and didn't stop at one toner to get the right colour. Love the ethos of the salon and everyone is so friendly. Will definitely recommend to my friends (and show off my fabulous new hair colour in the process!). Thank you x

First time visiting. Even though I just nipped for a quick wash n cut my stylist cherise was a gem what a lovely bubbly girl who did a fabulous job., I've been to top salons but I have to say I will be back ! P.s I need to know what you used on my hair it's never felt so soft..

I followed Crissi from her previous work place, I used to hate having my haircut until I met Crissi she always seems to know what I want and the cuts are always fantastic and I can style it myself at home. After many years of hating my hair I now love it and look forward to my appointment everytime.

Crisi does my hair and I absolutely love it!! The colour and cut is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, I always look forward to coming here.

Love getting my hair cut here! They are accommodating when I need to change appointments, and whenever I do go in for my haircut everyone is very friendly. I often have a great conversation with my hairdresser and the owner!

Millie has been doing my hair for years - she even made my hair look beautiful on my wedding day! I love my appointments with her and always come away looking and feeling much better. I’m so excited that she now has her own salon and I wish her great success.

Millie has been my hairdresser for over 10 years. I happily make the commute from Beeston as she takes time to understand the style you want and offers professional haircare advice. A welcoming cuppa is always offered. Out of this world service, would strongly recommend!
